GamesNew is an independent collection of free browser games at gamesnew.net. This policy covers the GamesNew website and the games on it.

You do not need to register to play. We do not ask for your name, email address or payment details.

Many of our games store information in your browser so it is there the next time you visit. Depending on the game, this can include:

• High scores, achievements, unlocked items and progress.
• Settings such as sound and music.
• Recently played games shown on the homepage.
• Player names you choose to enter for games played on the same device.

This information stays on your device. It is not sent to us or linked to an account. It remains until you clear your browser data, use a game’s reset option, or your browser removes it.

When you visit GamesNew, your browser connects to our hosting and delivery providers, such as Cloudflare, to load pages, images and audio. These providers may receive your IP address, the time of your visit, your browser and device type, and the pages you request.

They use this information to deliver the site, keep it secure, prevent abuse and fix problems, under their own privacy policies. We do not use this information to track what you do inside our games.

GamesNew does not currently display advertising, and we do not use advertising cookies.

We may add advertising in the future, including Google AdSense. If we do, we will update this policy first and provide any notices or consent options required by law.

If advertising is added, Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to show and measure ads and, where permitted, to personalize them based on your visits to this and other websites. GamesNew has a Little Players section with games made for younger children, as well as games for a general audience. Not every game is suitable for every age, so we encourage parents and guardians to help children choose.

Children do not need an account or any contact details to play. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and we do not show ads in the Little Players section. If that changes, we will follow the laws that apply to children’s privacy and advertising, including restrictions on interest-based ads for children under 13.

If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

GamesNew loads fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests them, Google receives standard request data such as your IP address and browser details.

Our site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, so please review their policies before sharing any information.

To delete saved scores, progress and settings, clear the site data for gamesnew.net in your browser settings. This removes saved data for all GamesNew games on that device.

You can also block cookies, browser storage or third-party resources in your browser settings, though some games may not save your progress. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over data held by our service providers. Please contact them directly to exercise those rights.

We may update this policy from time to time, for example if we add new features, services or advertising. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do, and we will highlight significant changes on the site.
